I watch your show on Sat. mornings and enjoy seeing you appear on on other shows during the week. However today didn't quite understand your stance regarding Rush if I understood what you were communicating. It's long overdue that Rush be endure the current backlash and his free rein way overdue. He has reached the straw breaking the camels back and he has gotten rich through his lunacy.
Just watched the show [3/11]..Possibly the best I have seen to bring out the salient points..Like no coverage from the Palestinian point of view. Thanks for correcting the 'everyone can vote' and 'the Settlements stopped' lies!
Know that the media is responsible for some of the radical prevarication that continues by NOT REPORTING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE ZIONIST ISRAELI GOVN"T...
The People of Israeli trust and like our President more than Bibi and gang!
The very best along with Rachel and Fareed!..And you bring on knowledgeable new faces instead of the bobble heads and pundits that are pablum on the regular shows!
Thank you Chris!
Please do not invite Jennifer Laszlo Mizrahi for future shows. She completely destroys all possibility for a rational conversation to be had. She is also lacking in manners as she constantly attempts to cut people off when she does not agree with what is being said.
We do not get your show on the west coast.... Instead of being aired in real time, I would hope that we would get a time differed show...
Please help...
Where can we get the video of the Folgers commercials you showed this morning - I am discussing gender roles in the class I am teaching and would love to show the clips. Thanks!
You can find the video here:

Chris I have been trying to find a live feed of your show for my friend in china that I can cut and paste over the web. So far this page here has not worked?
The Chinese filters will not allow a cut and paste...
I am in California , all of the shows are one week old. I cannot find Malissa Perry at all.
My wife and I think your show is the best of its kind on tv. Always intelligent, informative, and seriously analytical about ideas -- not just political gossip.
HOWEVER! You talk so fast that our old ears have to strain to keep up. Seriously, we're not deaf but your presentations are thoughtful, and your pace can make your statements hard to follow. Also -- try to cut the "sort ofs," a verbal tic that weakens your tone, and drives us nuts.
Gee! I came back to say something but the above posts made me think of my friend in Singapore, who doesn't get your show and should, him being a Doctor in Ethics and prizing the strong kind of minds that you and your panelists represent. Please do an update of sorts on this. My only problem? Hayes and Perry back to back. There isn't 4 hours of television on TV that means squat to me (unless it's a Ranger game, of course) but here it is all at once. Man, I can't spend 4 hours on a Saturday or a Sunday. I've got to exercise. Maybe, I'll bring my bike indoors and do 4 hours on rollers and then drop dead.
Hi Chris:
I really lke you even though I am conservative. The reason for that is that, even though you are quite liberal, you are able to glimpse that once in a very long while a conservative idea might be valid unlike say Katrina V.
Liberals I respect are Willie Geist, Dennis Kuchinich and Mayor Cory Booker who aren't afraid to get out of their liberal boxes.
That said, I was disapointed that there was no mention of Bill Maher during the Rush segment. Mentioning him might have brought about some introspection by the moderator and panelists and the conversation would most certainly have been more fruitful. As it was you were just dumping DNC talking points.Be assured Rush's comments were crude and offensive. I am in no way defending him.
Best wishes Chris,
Bob
They did mention Bill Maher.
Great "story of the week"... more under the radar, and lots more Bart Chilton, please.
I too am on the west coast... thankful for DVR.
blessings
Not enjoying the debate this morning. This Jennifer Lazlo Mizrahi appears incapable of being rational and removing emotion from the conversation. She should not get a pass on facts simply because she is an advocate of Israel.
My sentiments exactly. At least the other panelists, including Chris are not letting her get away with it all.
But But she , Jennifer, is a perfect example //points up the distorted position that is spoon feed by the media to the viewer! Along with the Iranian diversion the zionists push out to change the subject and scare monger with the republican right!
She was surrounded by a truthful perspective and Chris 'corrected' the 'everyone can vote in this Israeli democracy' and 'the settlements stopped'! That never happens on MTP or CNN or ABC et al! .... IN REAL TIME....!
Thank you Chris and panel!
I agree completely, it is insanity to allow Israel to involve the U.S. in a war with Iran!
I turned in this morning and the panel was talking about Israel in American politics. There was no mention of Zionism.
Omitting that one topic confuses people into thinking that Zionists and the Israelis are one and the same thing; they aren't. A show as smart as Up would know that and appears to have simply decided to assist in the Zionist media spin.
You just lost a viewer. Ah, well, back to finding my own news again.
Here we go....no serious questions for the Iranian women on his panel; just the usual baiting about "occupation" to the Jews on the panel. And that eye rolling Rula. OMG. Is she saying that Ahmadinejad is a rational player? Hard to know, as clearly she has no interest in daring to criticize Iran. What a disjointed, weird panel.
And yes Chris Hayes. Slow down.
Very disappointing that this seems to be just another run-of-the-mill "don't offend the Muslims" conversation. Fear I suppose.
It wasn't Rula who said Ahmadinejad is rational but rather ex-Mossad Chief Meir Dagan.
Your view of the world is pretty narrow. You need to get out more often.
why is there little or no discusion of Israel's nuke arsenal, its refusal to sign non-proliferation treaty, How must it seem to the islamic countries to have Iran chastised and threatened even tho it is far more receptive to inspection processes than Israel. It seems that the doctrine of American exceptionalism has been lent by proxy to the Israeli govt.
Right-wing Orthodox Jews are a tiny minority of the Jewish population. Why continue to focus on them and ignore the pressing issues of Israel surrounded by many countries with undisguised hostility towards Israel. Hell, most of them fight their own different sects. Shia, Kurds, Sunni etc. How are they going to pretend to enter "peace talks"?
Hamas is supported by Iran. Why no mention of the Hamas charter and their love of the Protocols?
Nope. Settlements and occupation. I expected more from Chris Hayes. Same old stuff though.
Your argument is as moronic as saying South Africa should not have ended Apartheid because they're surrounded by enemies who have their share of internal conflicts.
The occupation and the settlements are contrary to international law and Israel needs to correct that once and for all and stop looking for excuses not to do so.
I said nothing about dismantling the settlements. Yes the settlements should be dismantled. I agree. As they did near Gaza.
And no. To compare Israel to South Africa apartheid is moronic. It is a classic case of the "useful idiot" spouting the party-line.
Please ask the rudely snickering Rula how she feels about how Iranians treat the Kurds in Iran. Why don't they have a state? Why are they slaughtered with impunity?
What an obnoxious woman.
WHY is Jennifer Mizrahi on this Sunday panel? She is blatantly one-sided, unreachable by the debate, and is consistently putting out mis-information and Israeli propaganda. I commend the other panelist for not letting her get away with it all - including Chris. She is certainly not helping the Israeli cause with me.
Great show...
I am watching your Sunday show and have never seen such a one-sided view of the Palestine/Israel situation in my life. Every time Ms. Mizrahisays something chris stops her and says she is not stating facts but is very emotional. How dare you Chris. How come you have not called out Rulla with the rolling eyes. You are so one-sided it sickens me...you would think you were watching al jizara or some other propaganda. You only bring on very liberal israelies and do not have any conservative views. If it were up to you and your muslim leanings, all jews should be passive and just let whoever disagrees with them, kill them.
Speaking for myself, f*** Palestine, f*** Israel and most of all f*** all those right-wing Christian fanatics. I hope the morons blow each other up so the rest of humanity can live in PEACE.
How long oh Lord, how long before we find an energy alternative to Middle Eastern oil so America can finally have nothing more to do with these war factions.
YOu can f' the Middle East all you want but will you please tell your congressman to stop sending over $3 billion every year to Israel? Thank you.
I just got back home from the west bank last night to wake up and hear someone in the media FINALLY talking about the nonviolent movements sweeping that area of the world. Jennifer- you mentioned the young boy, but you also failed to mention how the IDF has essentially kidnapped children as young as 6 years old in the middle of the night into the israeli administrative prisons to interrogate them about their "terrorist" activities...and will push them into confessions in HEBREW, where they speak only arabic in most cases...how just is this? Really--a 6 year old terrorist? They are doing this as early intervention scare tactics so that while even young the Palestinians know their place and fear of the IDF and Israels power. Why don't you talk about the encroaching settlements and for example the tent of nations currently being surrounded by Settlements who have cornered them into their homes and farm land--wherein Settlers throw trash, destroy, and instigate violence for these farmers..and when the IDF intervenes, the farmers are the ones who are punished?
We need to not keep taking sides on this, and look at this situation for the side of justice, peace, and the respect of human rights...please don't forget this Jennifer...
Please slow down...
CH has so much to say that it becomes a deluge spilling from his mouth. I can not "hear" what he is saying for all the roaring noise, and when it combines with his guests, who are jockeying to get their 2 minutes of power-injected opinions spoken, then there is no value..! The show immediately becomes a vocalized tsunami with commercials.
Ms. Laszlo Mizrahi is clearly not interested in a solution-based conversation, as she continually steers away from agreement on anything and prefers to insert some new fact that often has no relevance to the current thread.
It seems crystal clear Israel plans not to compromise, not to achieve peace or a two-state solution, and generally projects its own attitude onto others, all of whom it views as adversaries. ALL of us live through existential threat on a daily basis, and using it as an excuse to remain dysfunctional is a cop-out.
Please make a clear distinction between the ISRAELI PEOPLE and the selected israeli gov't of bibi and gaggle...
The Israeli people in the majority do not want WAR...It is the Khazar zionists!
In fact, polls say the Israeli people trust OUR PRESIDENT MORE THAN BIBI!
Just an observation: those who are advocating for military action, consistently(?) use the term Jewish American. These same individuals have in the context of any of group have attacked other's for being other that American, period. We can't be an Hispanic American or African American, etc.
I agree with other's in their observation that J Mizrahi appears to use her time on camera to use every dog-whistle term to under mind the conversation or prop up only one side of the problem and one solution. Using the term terrorism and "one side is 100% responsible for all the negative action", etc for anything relative to Palestinian action is certainly not forwarding the conversation. When she paints a picture of "good-guy" v. "bad guy" and therefore that the US can't possibly consider anything that doesn't make sure that her version of events is the only solution.
It was an excellent program and well worth watching.
thanks for the excellent show sunday am...
Although I complement you for garnering so many sponsors, Chris, your excellent program has become sporadic...too many commercial interuptions to thought! Considered, intense discussion was your hallmark, however, constant interuptions to the stream of discussion is degrading your program...perhaps lumping commercials together to elongate your discussion time is a solution. What you are doing is too important to allow it to become disjointed. I hope to remain a loyal viewer!
